The MGC40 uses low-level lifting arms to raise compatible carts by 170 mm before transport. This allows one truck to engage, lift and move specialised load carriers without a conventional trailer coupling.
Designed for Specialised Material Carts
A 512 mm lifting-arm spread supports compatible carts used in textile and industrial material-flow applications. Load-carrier dimensions and lifting points must be checked before ordering.
Compact Stand-on Operation
The truck measures 850 mm wide and has a 1,725 mm turning radius. Its multifunction handle allows the operator to control travel, lifting and lowering from the stand-on position.
Electric Drive and Lift System
A 1.5 kW AC drive motor and 2.0 kW lift motor support controlled transport and lifting. The standard 24V/165Ah lead-acid battery suits regular indoor operating cycles.

How does the MGC40 differ from a conventional tow tractor?
A conventional tow tractor pulls trailers through a coupling. The MGC40 uses lifting arms to engage and raise compatible carts before towing or carrying them along the route.
Can the MGC40 handle any material cart?
No. The cart’s lifting points, underside clearance, width and load distribution must match the lifting-arm arrangement. Compatibility should be confirmed from cart drawings or a physical test.
Can the MGC40 stack loads in racking?
No. Its 170 mm lifting movement is intended for engaging and transporting compatible carts. It does not have a mast and is not designed for high-level stacking.
Does the 4,000 kg rating apply in every application?
The allowable load depends on the cart interface, floor condition, gradient and route. The complete load-carrier arrangement should be reviewed before confirming the application.
