Transport and Stack with One Truck
The MB15/20 electric pallet stacker range combines horizontal pallet movement with rack stacking. The stand-on platform supports medium-distance travel while retaining a compact working envelope.
Multiple Mast Configurations
Single, duplex, triplex and full-free-lift mast options cover lift heights from 1.6 to 5.5 metres. Mast selection should consider rack height, ceiling clearance, doorway height and residual capacity.
Folding Platform and Electric Steering
The shock-absorbing platform folds when additional manoeuvring space is required. Electric steering reduces operator effort during repeated turning and pallet positioning.
Stable and Controlled Handling
A five-point chassis and floating drive arrangement support traction and stability. Corner-speed control, electromagnetic braking and controlled fork lowering contribute to predictable operation.
Pallet and Battery Configuration
The standard fork outside spread is 680 mm, with a 570 mm option. Lead-acid and lithium batteries are available; higher triplex configurations require the appropriate battery weight and capacity.

What is the difference between MB15 and MB20?
MB15 is rated at 1,500 kg and MB20 at 2,000 kg. Mast, battery and fork configurations are otherwise selected according to the application.
Can the MB15/20 handle double-sided pallets?
The standard fork-over layout is normally intended for compatible open-bottom pallets. Double-sided or closed-bottom pallets may require a wide-straddle or counterbalanced model.
Does it retain full capacity at 5.5 metres?
Not necessarily. Residual capacity reduces according to lift height, load centre, mast configuration and fitted attachments. Always check the load chart.
Which mast should be selected for containers or low doorways?
A full-free-lift mast may be appropriate when forks must rise without immediately extending the mast. Closed mast height must still be checked against the doorway or container.
How is aisle width affected by the platform?
The 2,490 mm figure is measured with the platform folded. Additional length and aisle clearance are required when the platform is deployed.
